A block of rooms has been reserved at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at a rate of $109 Single/Double.  Please call (225) 925-2244 to make your reservation and mention that you are with Louisiana Municipal Association’s Mid-Winter Conference to secure this special rate. The reservation cut-off date is Friday, December 27, 2024.  Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m., unless special arrangements are made in advance.

An administrative fee of $250 will be charged for all cancellations of the LMA Mid-Winter Conference, including medical emergencies.  No refunds will be given after Friday, January 10, 2025  (two weeks prior to the start of the event).

Verbal Recognition During Welcome Remarks
Your company/organization will be acknowledged in front of the conference attendees on Monday, January 27 at 1:00 p.m. at the start of the event by the LMA President, the Honorable Rick Allen, Mayor, Leesville.
