A block of rooms has been reserved at the Le Meridien Hotel at a rate of $179 Single/Double.  Please call (504) 525-9444 to make your reservation and mention that you are with Louisiana Municipal Clerks' Association’s Spring Conference or give the code 'LMCLMCF' to secure this special rate. The reservation cut-off date is Wednesday, March 22, 2023.  Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m., unless special arrangements are made in advance.


An administrative fee of $250 will be charged for all cancellations of the LMCA Spring Conference, including medical emergencies.  No refunds will be given after Wednesday, March 22, 2023 (two weeks prior to the start of the event).
